Hi! I’m Erin,
and welcome to Manifesting Mindfulness, a platform where I talk about mental health, psychology and self-improvement through a scientific lens.
A little about me: I’m currently studying psychology at Indiana University. I hope to continue my education by earning a master's degree and becoming a licensed clinical therapist, specializing in wilderness therapy and eventually starting my own practice.
I have a cat named Minerva (after Professor McGonagall from Harry Potter of course) and I love to take her on hikes with me in Hoosier National Forest. In addition to spending time outdoors, I love to play ukulele and flute, meditate, journal, write poetry, dance to my favorite music, attend yoga classes, read in my hammock, learn about psychology, explore new places and try new foods with my friends.
